After your order has been processed, your confirmation letter will be sent and this will include details about when your first magazine will be sent to you. The next issue to be despatched is displayed on the individual magazine page, and is usually between 4-6 weeks.

For UK orders please allow up to 5 working days, up to 8 working days for European orders and up to 10 working days for International orders.
Pre-order delivery information
All items will be despatched on the specified release date, which is usually the UK on-sale date. UK pre-orders are sent via our standard delivery service. For UK orders please allow up to 5 working days, up to 8 working days for European orders and up to 10 days for international orders from time of despatch. However, occasional unforeseen delays at production may mean we are unable to guarantee a specific date of delivery.
For monthly subscriptions
Your subscription will start with the next available issue unless you tell us otherwise (and unless you order on a Christmas offer when subscriptions start with the issue on sale in January). For UK please allow up to 6 weeks to receive your first issue, up to 7 weeks to Europe and up to 8 weeks for international. The speed of delivery outside the UK can vary and will depend on the service provided by the various organisations used during transportation.
For ongoing subscriptions in the UK you should expect to receive your copy by or on the UK on sale date.

Once your subscription has been purchased, we are unable to offer a refund, charges to cover the administration involved in reversing the order would outweigh any refund. If you pay by Direct Debit, you can contact our Customer Service team or alternatively cancel with your bank.

Yes, you can enter their details at the checkout. If the offer includes a free gift or Travel Voucher, this will be sent to you to gift on at the appropriate time.
